Our brokerage division at The Allen Companies, Properties by Allen, brings both its vast knowledge of current market conditions and its superior marketing capabilities to the Westchester and Fairfield County Real Estate markets.  Properties by Allen grew out of the hard work done by our property management group, Allen Management, and our work is heavily focused on the properties we manage.  We do also work with other buyers and sellers, property owners and tenants independent of our real estate management work.  All brokers who have an existing relationship with one of our management clients are protected and we work with them to be as effective a marketing team as we can be.

While primarily focused on investment properties, Properties by Allen is able to apply the skills of our salespeople to all facets of the market: residential, commercial, industrial, investor-owned and owner-occupied.  We work with a strong database of prospective tenants for both residential and commercial properties and strive to maintain the properties that we both manage and represent at as close to full occupancy as possible.

As licensed real estate brokers in both Connecticut and New York, our staff includes professionals skilled in many aspects of the real estate markets and we are available as consultants and expert witnesses.  We maintain excellent working relationships with many of the local attorneys, accountants and financial advisors who specialize in real estate practice.
